As i said on the Friday post I had a little accident at work a week ago today, in fact a week ago right now I was in A&E, maybe the eye clinic at this point. To say I am a little bit fucked off is an understatement, completely self inflicted, nobody to blame but myself, just a lapse in ...

Re: Tourist Attractions
Lived in Shit City for 6 years when I was a courier, didn't do ANY tourist thing the entire time I was there.
Been in LA for 35 years, went to the Petersen museum once, spent longer in the gift shop than looking at the cars etc. Never been to Dismal Land & no intention of ever going. Went to the ...

Re: Tourist Attractions
For a rather random reason it occurred to me that I should go on the London Eye. Anyone done it?
I've been to more tourist attractions in cities that I haven't lived in than the ones I have :D
Eiffel Tower? Got to be done etc.
I did go to the Tintin museum in Brussels (and the Musée des Beaux ...

I remember the very litigious Wonky Tits.
Didn't she try and sue Benny boy over it?
I'm permanently banned from Reddit for getting three bans. The first was for saying a local politician needed a slap. The second was for saying that if the annoying family from that holiday ad were at the same ...

I've been booted off Bluesky (it's a bit like a girl's version of twitter/X) merely for commenting on a NASA picture of a woman astronaut picture gazing out of her spaceship at Earth. I just said it would have been better if she'd got her tits out. Floaty weightless knockers are something I would ...

Re: Qrisk score and statins
Thanks all
I had a long chat with a cardiologist friend of mine today ( perks of the job 😀)
He said there is enough evidence to suggest that everyone over the age of 40 should be on statins and then proceeded to show me mountains of research. He’s been a heart surgeon for 30 years so this isn’t ...
