Won't the back roller try to lift the back wheel up? I have no experience of these, just tend to look at stuff and work out how it is most likely to kill me.

I've seen more twin drive starters than single ones so they must be okay. I'll make sure to film the first run though. :thumbup:

Yea, I had to send the hound out to pick up some Argon/5% CO2 gas. I've got a day off work coming up soon so I'll make a start on the welding then.

I was just thinking, I wonder if you could wrap a rope around the tyre and pull start it. Of course, there's a video of a chap starting a ruddy car.

Best to film this in case you get sucked up a car wheel arch and run over. :banana-wrench:

Welded up the frame today, argon/5% CO2 is so much nicer to use than pure CO2. Bearings all bolted down and chains on. Fitted some adjustable feet to the bottom and then gave it a spin up with the angle grinder. Fucking scary thing. Chain guards and brackets for the grinder next.

They need to be two parts. The back bolted to the frame and the front bolted to the back.
