I’ve not ridden either of these bikes and unlikely to now. A few have commented on low speed engine troubles, much of this comes from the gearing which (as far as I remember) was set to allow the engines to pass noise regs at certain speeds- may be different now.

I changed the endcans on my SC for a more aesthetic looking set, I installed the baffles that cost me about £30 from Keihin exhausts and am happy with the more muted tones, still not as quiet as the standard cans but it’s never caused me any issues, the open termi’s that were the standard upgrade ...

I’m just baffled by things like this, why bother. It’s hideousness trumps all the clever touches.
