Imazing will transfer photos and music easily.
I use it instead of iTunes as my phone now has more data on it than my PC hard drive can hold so it cannot be synced.

Re: Desert X & Hypermotard SP test ride
I’ve not ridden either of these bikes and unlikely to now. A few have commented on low speed engine troubles, much of this comes from the gearing which (as far as I remember) was set to allow the engines to pass noise regs at certain speeds- may be different now. Ducati have used 15 tooth front spro...

Re: Reykjavik, Iceland in January
We’re going there for my youngest sons 18th birthday, he was meant to go a few years ago with his school but all of that was cancelled due to covid. The cash thing is really to work out what’s a convenient amount to take, we tend not to use cards when we go to Europe but that might be a better optio...

Re: Reykjavik, Iceland in January
We can only go in January so will have to put up with the weather. One thing that has cropped up, how much actual cash should I be intending to take?. It seems Iceland is almost cashless these days but we have usually preferred to use cash when abroad. Not looking forward to trying to eat anywhere a...

Reykjavik, Iceland in January
Anyone been in Iceland in January?, we’re going there in the New Year and I’m trying to get a better idea of weather and what else to expect. In the four days we’ll do a couple of touristy things and have a few options to decide when we get there, most of the info I can find are for summer trips rat...

Re: I guess bagnaia didn’t win a qatar then!
As MrLongbeard says, I do avoid any thread about racing and have deleted a few of the racing pundits on twitter in order to avoid spoilers, I generally use ‘new posts’ to read the site so when spoilers appear in the thread title its a bit frustrating. I don’t have access to btsport this year so will...

Just for those like me who haven’t seen the gp race, putting headlines in thread titles is a bit off putting.

Re: ON TREND: A DUCATI SCRAMBLER STREET TRACKER FROM VIETNAM
Why do all those 'box' exhausts look like they were made in an last minute panic rush by a drunken welder after he just broke up with his girlfriend? Surely it can't be 'that' hard to make them look at least 'slightly' well made. You can almost taste the tears and Carlsberg. I like the 'idea' of th...

There’s something about blue bikes that puts me off, If it were another colour then maybe.
Tacky anodised bits should go too.

Not bad that.
I find the sidestand overlapping the endcan a bit awkward though, not sure about the slicks either.

Re: APEX ASSAULT: A DUCATI MONSTER, ROUGH CRAFTS STYLE
I saw this on UKMOC and thought it is just a mess. It’s just the wrong donor bike for this sort of project. Made worse by the odd paint finish, they would have been just as well recreating burr walnut or Italian marble rather than the scuffed effect they went with. The exhaust is just odd and looks ...

Re: How do I make it quieter?
I changed the endcans on my SC for a more aesthetic looking set, I installed the baffles that cost me about £30 from Keihin exhausts and am happy with the more muted tones, still not as quiet as the standard cans but it’s never caused me any issues, the open termi’s that were the standard upgrade fo...

Re: HOOLIGAN STYLE: REIER’S DUCATI MONSTER FLAT TRACK RACER
I’m just baffled by things like this, why bother. It’s hideousness trumps all the clever touches.
Odd to have that open clutch on something meant to ride round in the dirt and gravel.

Re: ROTHMANS SEVEN FIFTY: HONDA CB750F2 CAFÉ RACER
I don’t mind that, not especially my favourite donor bike but my old friend Simon butler used to love them with a passion which peaked my interest in them. Apart from the overly brown seat the main glaring annoyance is the gaping hole under the seat. Keep posting them weeksy, I enjoy these threads ev...
