Re: Ebay 'WTF' bikes
It was a factory colour 'Candy Apple Red' iirc, however the original decals were a teeny bit classier.

Well they've fitted gators to the Tribute, but kept the plastic ford protectors on!

Re: Ebay 'WTF' bikes
Big problem on XJ600's is the joints between the downpipes and the silencers rotting out. I'm guessing this guy was just looking for a cheap fix with readily available parts.
Looks like it's going to be sketchy for ground clearance, but if you get that far over on a divvy you're already in trouble!

I didn't think it was possible to make a Divvy less desirable, but that guy has nailed it.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sun Jun 28, 2020 9:50 am https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-xj-60 ... SwB1Ve9wxl

2009 low mileage Speed Triple is worth maybe £4500. Parts to put it back to standard £2k, My labour charge £1k.
£1500 seems like a reasonable price for it

Yer man is due for a rude awakening. I think he may have made himself a bike for life!

You fooled me, I really thought it was your bike with a clever "don't buy my bike it's rubbish" negative adverts.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:16 pm I've spend a fuck ton of cash 'customising' my 11 year old bike with bolt on tat...
