Eek, yep, that's absolutely hideous, I waste of a Comet engine and I also suspect barely an improvement on the original girdraulics...
I quite like the upswept exhaust ( and it's given me ideas), but that's where it ends for this one

This, on the other hand, I quite liked (awful seat/tail unit aside)- was built by a close friend of Ian Hamilton, a long-time Vincent fancier and reasonabley handy BOTT racer, as a sort of road-going single-cylinder version of Ian's race bike

Image

And for anyone that hasn't seen what the original looks like, here is what the best ever 500cc British bike looks like as standard :D ;)

A very stately looking motorbicycle. One could well imagine a gentleman owning such a thing. 8-)

It looks like the bastard offspring of Jim Bowen and Pinocchio with a bad meth habit.

Looks like an OK pretend off-road bike.

But the silencers, viewed from the rear, did make me “WFT!”

It's not the worst bike ever, but you have to wonder about the type of person who thought "You know what my KLE500 needs... a single sided swinging arm"
