IRC 35's are heavier and slower, with lower compression engines and smaller carbs than the 30.
Motorbikes, Sportsbikes, Adventure bike, Supermotos, banter, chat, friends and whatever else you can imagine. KTM, Ducati, Aprilia, Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW, Moto Guzzi, Laverda

Yup heard all that but would still rather a 35 they just look awesomeKungFooBob wrote: Sun Jul 24, 2022 3:22 pm IRC 35's are heavier and slower, with lower compression engines and smaller carbs than the 30.
Yup they were never cheap, cheapest would have been my mates shop one but that was an ex hire bike so not the best of histories and I bought a brand new Fazer 600 instead. Still kick myself for being sensible.wull wrote: Sun Jul 24, 2022 3:20 pmThe money they go for now is unreal, even 15 years ago. They were never made for the UK market though, all 35’s were grey imports.Supermofo wrote: Sun Jul 24, 2022 2:34 pm Really wish I'd have bought one when they were 1500 quid. Would prefer a 35 though as think they look better
My SRAD 750 was a lovey bike, I even know where it is now, I've got first dibs on it if the bloke who owns it decides to sell it, not sure if I want it or not though, I'm a bit old and unfit for that riding position now, it's also still in very good condition so there are cheaper SRADs out there if I want one for the track.Scotsrich wrote: Mon Jul 25, 2022 9:03 am I had a 30 for a while many years ago.
From what I remember it was a nice little bike. Unfortunately I’m not the ‘take it to the redline on every gear’ kind of rider so it was a bit wasted on me. So I traded it in for a 750 SRAD![]()
It’s original bodywork yeah, not perfect but prob 6 or 7/10. Good enough for using though as I’ll do a couple classic bike Trackdays on it. I’ve got all the bits here now to fit just need some time but there’s no rush as I want to keep this one.ChrisW wrote: Mon Jul 25, 2022 9:13 am That looks to be in amazing condition - is the bodywork original? All the ones I've seen in the past year or so are in horrible condition or with replica plastics.

Having different linkages made, or just replacing bearings?
Existing one modified to raise rear. Bearings seem ok tbh.mangocrazy wrote: Mon Aug 01, 2022 4:07 pmHaving different linkages made, or just replacing bearings?
Chemical guys signature series orange....was recommended and does an awesome job. Not much needed and a small toothbrush makes it real easy
