Falco casual bike boots, for riding, dog walking
Older Stylemartin bike boots, wear them for everything.Bit scruffy now mind.
Skechers for nipping to the shops, walking the dogs when its dry. Wore a pair out in 4 months of lockdown last year. I like then as they weight nothing and you dont needto lace them up.
Suede boots used to used for pub and work so haven't been worn in a year.
Mahabis outdoor slippers. got them for xmas a couple of years ago. they're aces

Has anyone else noticed shoe sizing is pretty random?
For years I've been a 9.5,but the last walking boots I bought needed to be be a 10.5.
A full size up? Surely to feck my plates aren't still growing at 65 y/o....

I laugh when I see the Adidas Five Ten site.
"Please buy 1 size bigger than usual"
Why the fuck label them incorrectly then? Why not label them 1 size differently?

Then there is the perceived wisdom when buying Keis heated clothing. Go two sizes down from your usual fitting....
The wisdom is on the ball too!

for some reason Adidas have always made shoes that are "small". You would have thought the if it is the one thing the shoe department do, that they could get it right!

Re: Dull thread... day to day footwear.. what do you go for ?
My go to when i was working were Merrell Moab Goretex. Used to get through a pair every 18 months or so once the soles wore out. Joys of walking miles everyday waiting for someone to do something i could record and nick them for I still wear them for walking any sort of distance as they are the most comfortable boots i have ever owned and when training with the bikes i swap to them for work on the pad then back to Alpinestars for riding as i wore out a set of soles on the bike boots in 6 months walking about on the training pad :doh
Casual use are Adidas VS Pace like these ones
Most of the time around home i live in shorts and cheapo flip flops

Broke my sliders. They're from NEXT but are the best ones i've worn, really comfy, so I just ordered another pair.

Re: Dull thread... day to day footwear.. what do you go for ?
I like them and they'd be ideal for in the winter but they're a bit pricey and unavailable here. Turkish slippers are shite and I usually wear moccasins around the house but they have no sole so are rarely worn outside.
