i'd love one, but the price has got to come down a lot first!
Price is steep but depends if you factor in fuel over say 3-4 years of ownership. I wonder how the price would work out then. I'm sure one of the clever bods on here could work it out.

The miles/range would be the downfall still though. I could commute on it, but I couldn't say go see GP or Tricky and do a ride, because I'm then not going home for 7 hours.

Petrol near me at the moment is 114ppl.

If you say the average bikes does 50mpg?

Then it would cost you about a grand to do 10k a year.

so over 4 years, £4000. Lets call it £500 for the electric one.... £3500 takes it down into the £8000 bracket. Which is reasonable for a new bike.
