Yep, I got the mail and probably won't surprise you to know that I'm interested in this one, I've signed up for the launch, will definitely be getting a go on one as soon as they're out.
Triumph is up at the top of the pile in terms of build quality IMO, have some great engines and I think produce some quite cool-looking bikes these days.

They're all at it now aren't they?

I can only guess there's some new regulation about relative heights of lights etc?

It's no good. I can't get excited about a bike with far more power than I'd ever use - let alone NEED - when the trade-off is extra mass.

I rented an R3 in California in 2019 and had an absolute hoot blasting it up and down the canyons outside LA.

And it's ugly as sin.

This, my taste in bike looks is stuck in the 80s/90s and I'd be perfectly happy with 50bhp, but I'm sure the Triumph is a very good bike, it looks like the MT-10 and has tons of power and will handle well

I’m assuming those reflectors on the forks are some strange American requirement.

And a decent tail tidy might be on the cards as well.

Apart from that it ticks all the boxes of being as ugly as most modern bikes are.

Fork reflectors are a US market requirement.

Every bike in the world needs a tail tidy and a new exhaust these days, it's basically a given :D

Side reflectors came in with Euro4. But they're not a legal requirement in the UK so a bit of dental floss or fishing line and some WD40 will fetch those off in no time.

The only reflector legally required in the UK is the red rear one.
