They look like this:Mr. Dazzle wrote: Thu Dec 10, 2020 8:44 pm Since I have no fucking idea what a CB900 is supposed to look like and only a vague motion of who Freddie Spencer is I sorta like that![]()
Looks pretty good from the front 3/4, but oddly gappy from the sides.

NOwhere, Cheb brought the Freddie Spencer rep into the discussion.
Same here. I don't care if he's done the "wrong" conversion, because I have no connection to the "right" conversion.Mr. Dazzle wrote: Fri Dec 11, 2020 8:32 am I can find out what a CB900 literally looks like or who Freddie Spencer is on Google. I wasn't being serious, and I appreciate anyone under 50 will have no concept of Freddie Spencer and Eddie Lawson racing AMA Superbikes, but it was popular in the early 80s.Mr. Dazzle wrote: Fri Dec 11, 2020 8:32 am I can find out what a CB900 literally looks like or who Freddie Spencer is on Google. The bike or the thread?
Yeah, it's got some good links to watchable videos.
The bike. I like the stance, the headlight, the overall look. But does seem to miss where the big hole is at the back.Julian_Boolean wrote: Fri Dec 11, 2020 1:23 pmThe bike or the thread?
If it's the bike, what do you like about it, for me the only good looking parts are the engine, carbs and exhaust.
If it's the thread, what's not to like, middle aged men reminiscing about the early 80s.
