Need Small Clamps

Post by Yorick »

The main joint into the pool pump split recently and I bodged it with big G-clamp.

I need a prettier and smaller solution. Maybe a small clamp on a nut and screw jobby. I know what I think, just can't explain.
The big clamp is gonna get knocked off, so want 2 or 3 smaller jobbies instead.

Any ideas?

All the joints have been glued. My plumber pal says he'll need to rip everything out and start again.
He's busy and want a better solution than I have now.

If that is working I might be inclined to try 3 small G clamps spaced around the rim.

Amazon do several sizes

What about a pipe clamp?

Leave the G clamp in position until the pipe clamp is tightened, then remove the G clamp.

Can't help, but you should think about treating yourself to a nice pedicure. ;)
