Oh, I dunno, if the question that needs to be answered is 'What's a good source of protein/amino acids for a vegetarian?' There'll be a gap in the map in Cambridgeshire where it used to be.
(They aren't allowed to make Stilton in Stilton because it's in the wrong county

Ok. I have some potted Stilton in the fridge that's been there since Christmas and it's been so long that I am now afraid to lift the lid.

Also, if it was Christmas just gone, that's really really NOT very long for cheese - especially blue. I'd be very surprised if it's off
