IME one way to a ladies heart is to ensure she has warm feet. Is this one a keeper?

As lovely as she was as a presenter, i can't see her and not cringe at the thought of her shrieking singing voice she had later in life!Yorick wrote: ↑Thu Dec 26, 2024 10:11 pmCilla called. Re: What have you done today thread?
I really hope so!! TBF, first actual boyfriend in close to 30 years. But also the first time I’m not running away screaming after a couple of weeks!!! Have to wait and see as winter will be a challenge with both our work and the two hours distance to meet up. The distance isn’t really an issue, we both drive more than that for work, two hours isn’t much in the grand scheme, it’s how often we’ll be able to meet up and if we want to make it last with minimal time togetherCousin Jack wrote: ↑Thu Dec 26, 2024 9:37 pm IME one way to a ladies heart is to ensure she has warm feet. But, first time I’m not scared at the thought of the ‘R’ or ‘S’ words!!

I'd be concerned, if not scared, at how some on here complete the words ...

Re: What have you done today thread?
Walked up to Leith Hill Tower. Visibility from the hill is a bit limited thanks to the mist.
Car parks all busy, lots of muddy, middle-aged chaps discussing chip flips, proper posts and somebody called 'Magic Mary'!.
Quite a few families with early teenage children - many wearing their 'I'd rather be anywhere than here' faces - too.
Many varieties of expensive wellies on display.
I think every dog from within a 10 mile radius is up on the hill too.
From there things went downhill a bit.

Re: What have you done today thread?
Took the woof to the vet for her inspection of her eye. Conjunctivitis/Dry Eye infection. So far £160 spent on her treatment, and another £60 visit booked for Monday morning first thing. Did a nice walk with said woof in local park. Back home and fixed the dishwasher by replacing a diverter valve thingy, took 15 minutes and valve cost £22-50 off Amazon. Saved £150 in repairs and £400 for a replacement dishwasher (although the wife was doing it for "free")... Wife baked fresh bread, so we had a our nice cheese and sliced peppers with the bread for dinner. And smoked salmon too! Sorted out The Service Register Books for my one church, we have to record the number of attendances we have in the year for data collection. It helps with funding applications and reviewing our giving etc...

We did yes, then walked to top station as it wasn't running. Then watched 100,000 birds making pretty patterns in the sky at sunset. Most impressiveDavid wrote: ↑Fri Dec 27, 2024 8:48 amAberystwth...did you kick the bar?weeksy wrote: ↑Thu Dec 26, 2024 3:09 pm Left South Wales, now in mid Wales.

Yesterday we went from Da Nang to the BaNa Hills and then down to Hoi An. It's still raining here in Hoi An but it's warmer.
Sight-seeing has not been good since our arrival as we've spent most of the time inspe ting the insides of clouds. There's not been a silver lining.
