IPAs all taste foul and they, plus Brewdog, are massively over hyped.

I'm going to add some background to that, when I was 17, I thought the Clash were great, and I own every Clash album, but I never listen to them now because the music is generally poor and a bit boring.
Er, no you don't because I've got some that I bought with my own money.

Unpopular opinion: Pedantic humour is aces.

I met Charlie Harper in the late 80s, I'm surprised he's still alive.

Pah - the Exploited and Crass were crap, Sham 69 were absolute gash, but the Clash were good.
Maybe 40 years have moderated the awe. And yes, they were art school boys .
Naming bands that are worse than the Clash doesn't make the Clash good, and I take your Sham 69 and raise you with Angelic Upstarts

Or it used to be. Something has been taken out or added to cheddar over the years making it just Meh! even Macaroni and Cheese is just bland.

I'd pay good money not to see them.
I don't know how much the tickets are but if you send me £200 (€240) I promise not to send you a couple of tickets. Surely a bargain you can't refuse. :)

If you can find it stocked anywhere up there try Sussex Charmer (it's a kind of Cheddar/Parmesan hybrid and was, sort of, designed with cheese on toast in mind). It makes cheese on toast like it used to be.

Anyone down this way can sample the result at the Milk Churn Café in Rudgewick (the café, and most of Rudgewick!, is owned by the people that 'make' the cheese. IIRC they have it made but use milk from their own herd).

Anyone feeling arty and posh can try the Welsh rarebit at the Watts Gallery near Guildford. Bit spendy for cheese on toast but it's pretty damn fine. :D

Tu Hent l'r Bont Tearooms does a damned fine Welsh rarebit with a big slice of ham. Just over the river in Llanwrst.
Definitely much more than cheese on toast!

The Honda NR750 was just a badly formed V8.

A German attempt at the bastard child of pizza and toasted cheese. Had it a few times - always a disappointment
