I'm wearing mine right now!

Well it's kind of a moon watch.

Yes.
Probably OK, but no guarantees. Watch prices have been silly recently, IMO dragged up by comparison with Rolex where second hand prices were artificial since you couldn't buy new.

In a few years it is quite possible watches will be passe, and people will only buy one cheap and reliable watch. Yours would then be worth a few hundred at best.

The other thing to beware of is fakes. Some are extremely good, and if they can fake a watch the box and papers are not a problem. Can you trust the seller?
Anything is possible, but I think for a good speedy (or SM come to that) to drop to a few hundred would be a hell of a drop.

Watches are unnecessary anyway, and anyone who wants a cheap and reliable watch will buy one.

The market for high end watches will ebb and flow but I can’t see it fully collapsing.

I hate to say it, but I'm really struggling to like mine.

Its just too light for me.

Considering moving it on somehow. Might keep it as a gift for my "nephew" at Christmas.

I must admit, I was very underwhelmed by them as well, but then again I am by all swatch branded watches. I’ve got a 1990s irony that I quite like but apart from that every swatch that I’ve liked the look of had soured when I tried it on.

I sold my Speedy about a year ago, just didn't wear it. Sub is my daily and Seamaster makes an odd appearance these days....

I've had a few Swatches over the years and i do like the Irony models. I may pick one up, simply to feed my hankering for a chronograph.
