You've been out of Yorkshire too long. Buy some smaller glasses!

AAMOI, do they host and provide the same?Yorick wrote: Thu Jun 13, 2024 8:24 pm ... we provide the beer.
Our lads prefer pint cans over little 'uns so a bit of a pain.
If not, give your inner Yorkshireman some CPR!
Even bland can be a type of character

Pints get warm too quickly, thats why the Spanish drink cañas, it's only the English that drink pints. The best way is to copy the Aussies, cold can in a beer cozy, it keeps a cold beer cold the longest.Yorick wrote: Thu Jun 13, 2024 8:24 pm

The BBQs are in the cooler evenings.
I drink 400ml beers in daytime to keep cool.

So Heineken do cans in 330ml, 400ml and 500ml?
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

On my recent visit to Corfu, I noticed that in pretty much all the bars a 'large' beer was 400ml.

The only method I've ever seen Aussies use to stop beer warming up is to neck it as quickly as possible after it comes out of the cool box.

FFS, have spent an hours so far being typed to like a total idiot but also someone that understands tech speak
And still no connextion
The problem is now being escalated to the Technical Team FFS - one hour wasted
Mean time, I still can't watch the old series of Sewing Bee - which I am only wanting to do cos it's bastard pissing down outside, AGAIN

As an aside - I've never really had a "needs to be" kind of list for a partner, but I've now put computer techy and able to help with bike mechaniky stuff on that list!! (Only other thing is tall

Email today from Scottish Gas....
Ofgem, the independent energy regulator, is lowering the energy price cap from 1st July 2024. This means you’ll be paying less per year, for your energy. Estimated £112.31 a year. Fecking minted
