As promised, a few pics of Spanish mountain scrub land. It's on terraces, all my stuff has been derelict for years and can't be brought back into production. Every bit of land around me has a protection order on it, it can either be farmed or left but not built on, except the bit I've bought. It's got planning for a 200 square metre, 2 story house. I'll keep the planning consent current so when the time comes to sell up I'll get my money back, until then, no neighbours.

Out of interest, why do you have such a high fence on a remote property?
+ I like to sleep with windows open I bought a Shark air purifier for the bedroom a couple of weeks ago. A bit spendy but the HEPA filter is supposed to last for up to 5 years, whereas others say replace every 3 months (at £30 a pop). It has a little deodoriser cartridge in but you don't have to use it.
