That's a bit council. Om my BMW the only time you put a key in lock is to remove the seat or open the panniers.
Pffft, mine only has a key for the steering lock, and I ain't not never used it

Key for the steering lock... are you some kind of prole?

I have a button. One press starts/stops the engine, a long press engages the steering lock.

I like that idea, it'd make mine totes keyless, hell I don't even have a locking fuel cap

Mine has absolutely no security. Press the starter and you're off :) And no locking fuel cap either.

No pics (too busy riding and having fun), but managed to get back on my KTM today for the first time since my most recent surgery, and went to the Baffle Haus for a brunch with my riding mates... Malvern to Ledbury then Ross on Wye, down to Abergavenny and the Baffle Haus, then back via Monmouth, Forest of Dean, Ross, Ledbury and home...

Great conditions today! Quite a bit of standing water and lots of debris on the roads mind...

Yea, same up here. A quick blast yesterday to test out my new jacket (AS Andes V3). Lovely day out, roads not too busy, but lots of crap on the roads that has been dragged off the hills. Hoping we still have some good days left before the gritting starts.

We had a run over the Trough of Bowland earlier. There was plenty of debris on the roads, but only a couple were closed.
We were up here at the Jubilee tower a fortnight ago & it was covered in thick fog.Today we got there early afternoon & the fog was burning off .

I'm thinking of putting the Street Triple on a SORN & claiming the tax back next week. It'll motivate me to get the sparkless XT600 sparking & back on the road

Was also new jacket day for me on Sunday too, ironically! Deviated from Alpinestars this time, bought a Dainese Racing 3 D-Dry jacket... Very nice it is too! 👍🏻

I refuse to pay for vehicle tax for bikes over winter on the off chance that there might be one or two mild, salt-free days on which I can use them. Fortunately I don't have to - if a unicorn day over winter does materialise I just wheel the (historic vehicle) LC out and bimble about on that... :)

Troo dat, though I used to do the sorn thing every year, but now I'm a lazy twunt and cba with sorns and remembering stuff,so I just tax the Zed for the year and forgetaboutit.

Not having to arrange MOT and tax for the H1 is quite a liberating experience, one less thing to faff over. 8-)

I'm putting the Street Triple on a SORN starting today,it's filled up with E5 & all shiney & polished ready for spring.
The SV650 & XT600 (if I can get it running) will do for the winter months, sadly the XT600 is not tax or MOT exempt for another couple of years

Still need to tax it, just don't heve to pay anything

Will SORN my Triumph in the next couple of days. It's rained so much in the past week or so I might swap it for a boat.

A jetski? You can get your house rewired twice for the cost of one of those.
