This morning, to the east of Loch Watten.
Would a man, such as yourself in his senior years, not prefer a set of handlebars a little more upright?

Yeah maybe. A five gallon tank is useful though.

It’s experimental at the moment. Did about thirty miles without getting a sore back or arms.

I called round at one of my mates & we fitted some tank grips to the Street Triple.Amongst other things he's got this big Foff V-twin Yamaha,I'd never seen one before he bought it,I think it's called a Roadstar,it dwarfs his XJR1300 :wtf:

Image

I went to fill up the Streety, the petrol station's only a couple of miles away but somehow by the time I'd got back home I'd covered 20 miles.

It's getting windy around here & no doubt there'll be lots of leaves on the floor by tomorrow so I made the most of the conditions, soon be winter...

It says “Wild Star” on the tank.

Not quite as bad as Drag Star!

Should've asked if you could've run her up in Church, would have sounded great with those acoustics! :D
And would have smoked out any moths and woodworm :)

Had a morning out on the motorcycle, forecast being a bit rubbish for the afternoon.

Definitely the last ride this year with vented gear.

Up to 200 miles of running in now. I went out with a biking buddy who has just picked up a new BMW R1250RR. I started a game of My Bike Top Trumps and got my ass kicked in a about 30 seconds. He’s got an adaptive headlight etc etc etc etc etc. Don’t ever let anyone start taking you on a guided tour through the BMW rider display, not while the roads are dry. We had a great day and stopped in Midhurst for coffee and cake and then on to Goodwood.

Keys!

That's a bit council. Om my BMW the only time you put a key in lock is to remove the seat or open the panniers.

Key for the steering lock... are you some kind of prole?

I have a button. One press starts/stops the engine, a long press engages the steering lock.

Mine has absolutely no security. Press the starter and you're off :) And no locking fuel cap either.

No pics (too busy riding and having fun), but managed to get back on my KTM today for the first time since my most recent surgery, and went to the Baffle Haus for a brunch with my riding mates... Malvern to Ledbury then Ross on Wye, down to Abergavenny and the Baffle Haus, then back via Monmouth, Forest of Dean, Ross, Ledbury and home...

Great conditions today! Quite a bit of standing water and lots of debris on the roads mind...
