Bloody right, best 40 quid I've spent recently, although I am now fighting an uphill battle to dissuade the wife that she needs a hot tub :angry-cussingblack:

Apparently, I'm a miserable sod! How so, you might ask. Well, I have a French Bulldog and my Sister also has one from the same litter. Today is their 1st birthday and my wife and sister want to celebrate it by having a party at a dog restaurant https://dogandco.co/ and I won't go so I'm a miserable sod! :wtf:

When I've had cats/dogs they have been part of the family, but sometimes I think some people forget that they aren't actually children!!

I argued that point in Devon . Jam is a spread, cream is a topping. End of. But no, some people insist its cream then jam. :wtf: Idiots! :D

I solve the argument I've been told - that the cream stop the jam soaking into the scone, although WTF anyone would want to prevent that I don't know!! - by putting butter on first :angelic-green: :angelic-green:

I'm the only person I know that does that, but I do put cream on last everytime! But James Martin did it that way the other week and proper cheered me up!! (He did wuss out because he did half proper and half Devon!!  )

Them Devonishers are a bit odd you know!! (From a bird brought up in Zummerzet!!  )

Ours not looking so pretty - half drained and few slabs lifted. Got to fully drain next week ready for the boys to cut in 2 new inlets, lift about 25% of the slabs and replace the buried pipework

Nice, I have garden envy.
I don't have a long stretch of lawn like that, I'd struggle to fit a cricket pitch on ours, then it goes into a wild rockery area that someone else built with monster rocks that would take a crane to get rid of.

My grandparents had a couple of tennis courts and a long lawn, it always brings back good memories to see a decent long lawn.

Time to go old school, hammer, chisel and feathers. Then wheel barrow it away.

Always thought these looked like a big Suzuki Vitara until I saw one up close. Very purposeful looking vehicle. 😎

Not actually sure what they are? There’s a young couple looking at it now and they can only be late 30s or early 30s? That spec defender is the best part of £100k!

So far I’ve had a white coffee, cappuccino and a macchiato! Probably not the best idea for someone suffering from insomnia at the moment!🙄

It's not about how much it costs to buy, it's all about the monthly payment on the PCP.

That's why every man and his dog on council estates are driving C class mercs.

Ahh hadn’t thought of that! Still not sure I’d want those kind of payments though!
