Both the earth and the moon paid a visit to MK a few years ago. The moon as, uggh, outdoors, though so fuck that.

Looks like some parsley in a glass of hot water with an air dried sausage to stir it with.
(Being Perigeux I suspect it's a fungus, not parsley).

Raw egg yoke probs.
Fungus tartare innit?
Edit: from their website....
Egg perfectly cooked in front of you, aromas of truffles and wild mushrooms, black bread sticks (the egg is cooked when the flame goes out)

Won't be raw for long with the burner under. Poached egg with fungus and an old sausage?Noggin wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 6:59 pmI reckon there's a raw egg in there tooCount Steer wrote: ↑Fri Sep 01, 2023 6:55 pmLooks like some parsley in a glass of hot water with an air dried sausage to stir it with.

Mushroom and herbs with a raw egg over the top that is cooked from underneath in front of you. The juices of the mushrooms poach the egg, black bread soldiers for dippy!
It was all very masterchef, but

Re: What have you done today thread?
Had a pasty pastry failure. Not sure what went wrong, made it exactly the same as previous batches. It wouldn't stay together, I suspect not enough water.
Ended up with pasty's that look like a Klingon's forehead.
Had enough gubbins for 9 or 10. First 4 were fine, next three were not. Got the arse with it, so the remaining veg & pastry went in the trash & the meat went in the dog.
Bugger.
