If it's chewy, it's gone off. Should be crisp and crunchy.

I'll take your word for it, I've avoided the stuff for decades. Post amended.

Sort of proves the point, then, if you have to eat it by adding something with flavour.

Mrs Mango and I popped into a local cafe for a spot of late lunch and the only mayonnaise they had to put on our chips was 'lighter than light' mayo. It had the consistency of shaving cream and tasted of absolutely nothing.

Vile muck.
How can it be both vile and taste of nothing?
Because all the fatty compounds present in 'real' mayo have been removed, that also changes the texture and mouth feel, as well as removing nearly all of the taste. To try and recover some of the texture, a cocktail of artificial ingredients are added, so you're consumong a product that is mainly artificial. Vile muck.
There is no cloud, just somebody else's computer.

I thought I'd fit my new osmosis water system. Step 1, fit the water take off between the water pipe and the tap tail. The tap tails on my plumbing are different to the fittings in the osmosis kit, yet both claim to be 3/8? A trip to the plumbing shop in the morning I suppose.

Does 1 of them say 10mm 3/8"?
It annoys the hell out of me when people sell metric plumbing as imperial as metric equivalents don't work well.

I meant 3/4. The 3/4 stuff in the osmosis kitmeasures up at 19mm, as it should. The 3/4 stuff with the taps is 15mm, a quick Google shows there are adaptors available.

1. Dog walkers when I'm trying to repair part of my drive, they all want to stop and talk about the company that came round recently digging the pavement up and after 1 leaves the next arrives within a minute.
2. Miscalculating the amount of tarmac I needed, I'm short by 2 feet. :x

Not really, it's very nice to mix food. I dip chips in mayo, ketchup, for example.

Smoked salmon. I love it. Ever since I went to a smokery thingy in Scotland in late 80s.

We have a fave local place in great location that does amazing salmon baguettes with avocado, cream cheese and salad in granary roll. Yum yum

Today the salmon was bright red and tasted shite.
Apparently they'd decided to marinate it in some strange flavour. Was shite.

Won't be going back there. Muppets.
Couldn't you just explain to them it didn't work for you and you prefer the other?

You know they were only trying to improve it don't you?
Yes I did. That was a bit tongue in cheek. But why change something world famous

But there were other problems as well.
Pen's sarnie was half size of last time and overall good feeling has gone.
Ahhh, the crux of it. Yorkshireman's money didn't go as far as previously!

Blatant cheating in the sports day egg and spoon race :obscene-birdiedoublered:

Baby D didn't drop her egg once, all the other kids dropped it and kept going, putting the egg back on the spoon while still running. They're supposed to go back to the place where they dropped it.

I dunno....is 5 years old too young to introduce the concept of a steward's enquiry?

Go look at it, enjoy the experience and take some photos. Why vandalise it, you brainless fucktard?

To be fair, they've been doing it for centuries. I wonder at what point 'just graffiti ' becomes a protected historical artefact?

There has to be a celebrity multiplied by time calculation. In the1970s IIRC, Joe Orton defaced some library books, was prosecuted for it but then became famous.

I couldn't get on with some compressor work today as I was waiting for a TNT delivery due by 18:00 and wanted to hear the doorbell, I'm still waiting.
