What I would like to know, is who goes around sniffing wild animal shit, so they can build a list of what wild animal shit smells like.

The same type of person who worked out which mushrooms and fruit is safe to eat?Wreckless Rat wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:38 pm What I would like to know, is who goes around sniffing wild animal shit, so they can build a list of what wild animal shit smells like.
I wonder about dogs; they're supposed to have this wonderful sense of smell- but still sniff shit from much closer than I ever want to be.

They must also think humans are very odd creatures. Dog takes a dump... human rushes in and collects the dog egg in a nice plastic bag. The dog must think "wtf do they do with that"Horse wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:49 pmThe same type of person who worked out which mushrooms and fruit is safe to eat?Wreckless Rat wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:38 pm What I would like to know, is who goes around sniffing wild animal shit, so they can build a list of what wild animal shit smells like.

Two creatures walking along. One craps, the other carries it. Who's in charge?Wreckless Rat wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 6:51 pm They must also think humans are very odd creatures. Some mushrooms are so nutritious that just one will feed you for the rest of your life.
