Are the plans for what's being built available? We might be looking for place abroad...
It's done and dusted.
You buy the plot.
Then put in the plans and jump through hoops and the Spanish system.
Then start the build.

Must be a pre-1981 bike.

Since then all UK based sidecars have to be fitted on the left hand side of the bike.

It does have one of the old black and silver rear number plates, so that is almost certainly the case.

Most UK bikes had them on the left, even before 1981 :)

Cos we drive on the left it gives the rider better visibility.

It might be a euro import.

'63 was definitely 'A' so, yup.

Needless to say, I believe the owner lives in Shoreditch. :D

There used to be someone on the board (VD days?) that used to ride with his Jack Russell sitting in the tank bag. Possibly wearing 'doggles'.

And then I realised the whole reg number is legible...! it's a DNEPR K750M apparently and was registered on new year's eve 1965.

Oh, of course, Jan 63 A, Jan 64 B, Jan 65 C. Made in Kyiv and, I think, the sidecar wheel is driven which makes it a bit multi-terrain (ie British roads  ).
