Muc-off
Still using the stuff that came with the muc-off motorcycle pressure washer that I purchased. Seems good enough, no complaints anyway.

Re: S1000RR Sport 2022
In theory yes, but sadly not the case. It’s longer lasting than others but will still require adjusting when needed. I could leave it until it exceeds the 50mm spec but when it does I’d obviously adjust to the lower end of the tolerance.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sun Jun 12, 2022 7:36 pm Did you not spec the M-Chain?
That never needs adjusting, apparently.
Apparently BMW have said that it’s more “low maintenance” as oppose to “maintenance free” when shown test results of a chain that had covered 12,000 miles without any maintenance.

Re: S1000RR Sport 2022
Usually this isn’t a corner but I suppose at speed it becomes one.
What I haven’t tried out yet is the launch control, I’ve activated it which is easy enough, when you’re in ride mode pro you press the starter button whilst in neutral and this activates it. It gives you 3 launches but as soon as you perform one and I believe go into 3rd gear and or don’t perform one but go up into 3rd gear it will switch off.
It also won’t allow it if it feels the clutch temps are too high.

Bit late to be blanking the speedo, isn't it?

Re: S1000RR Sport 2022
After the videos you've posted, that is.
I guess you're hinting that this was taken at ludicrous speed?

Re: S1000RR Sport 2022
It was purely meant tongue in cheek, as a joke, all of a sudden posting something with the speed blocked out. But it is absolutely flat out, don’t think there’s any more left in it. Gearing and some tuning but can’t be fucked with any of that. Tbh I’m not one for top speed runs and big open flat out sections, ruins a tyre too quickly. Now I’ve taken it flat out I won’t try again.
I will try some launches though, and hopefully a track day soon.
