I doubt they even buy the cars up front, they will find one that couldn't sell, buy an option at a low price and if the winner selects the cash equivalent they rip up the option.
Otherwise they run they risk of being lumbered with unsellable cars, plus they would need all the money before tickets are sold.

I think the Homda is pretty cool. It's a modern version of the original 70's Civic shape.

Just to be even more of a fun vacuum, are these lotteries regulated (Gambling Commission?) in any way? I mean, if they say they limit ticket sales to X, who's checking? Who can verify that Mr. J Smith who wins an £80k Audi did actually win it and not a stooge, and was it worth the stated £80k?

The rope is 'decorative' because for some reason there was one on the vehicle in Spectre - anybody's guess why.

Q? Are they just steps bolted on under the doors or are they body protection skids? They knock a fair chunk off the clearance.
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
But certainty is an absurd one

I've looked at similar in the past and most were just cosmetic, they aren't really in the right position to work well as rock sliders. The only armour mentioned is a diff protector.
