we might have one more of the Wiltshire contingent, and if my eldest isn't on the high seas and has the weekend off, he'll come and help drink beer.

:D I've booked the Ashburnham Hotel for the Satuday night, as camping that night definitely won't be an option for me- its in Pembrey itself so just about as close as you can get to the circuit.

Not sure where I'll stay fthursday and friday night yet, but I have options as OH is only along for Saturday, so will go with the flow - not sure I'm into erecting a tent but kipping in the van might be an option if the shower block is open and operational

Good reminder, I don't think we've booked accommodation yet, but I expect it'll be the usual place, tradition.

I thought by then it would be camping as all restrictions seem to be being binned in all the home countries

I’ll see what the options are nearer the time as the BBQand beers on Saturday night is part of the social innit ;)

Get some knee sliders. With my new track tips, you'll be needing them :obscene-birdiedoublered:

I'd certainly expect so for the Sat night. But there's Friday and potentially even Thursday night to consider too. I don't see us doing 3 nights of camping that's for sure.

I'm happy to book the Ashburnham if others are going to stay there. I'll be staying on the Friday and Saturday night. Will the bikes be secure enough there?

Putting my Boris / Drakeford hat on and having been asked this question already...

''At this point in time we've not received any instruction or guidance that would disrupt the BBQ / Camping situation and would expect that the overall facilities would revert to the pre COVID situation - apart from the previous published limit of riders attending the event.
Having said that we are fully prepared to enforce any relevant restrictions that either Welsh Government or the Circuit may apply in the coming months and from previous experience this may involve overnight accommodation, catering facilities as well as other topics.''

In the real world we're at Pembrey in a few weeks and will have a chat but I don't see any problem from our side.

Only problem u got is getting a big enough fridge and a van to bring it in. Unless u hire a refrigerated unit ?

Just keep selling the places...

LOL as you know the fridge side of things is always a complete and utter farce, but we seem to have the farce down to a semi-fine art now :)

It's just a question of how many dead cows and pigs :)
