Have you looked at Rayners Lane since I left. It's now over 100 flats.derek badger wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 12:57 pm Not just today, but for the last couple of weeks I've been watching the building I've been in for 11 years be slowly taken apart around me. The middle of October I will be decommissioning the remainder of the IT infrastructure and locking up for the final time. I've filled half a skip with old software, manuals and books going back to the dark ages and there must be a couple of tons of old stuff for WEEE disposal. Sad times.

I've got someone collecting a rack of your old crap next week. The DR CES setup that is still configured to point to Rayners Lane! Nobody at GVC knew it even existed.Pirahna wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 1:42 pmHave you looked at Rayners Lane since I left. Looked at a new house.... I'm not sure I want to move in the current climate, but triple garage and workshop with no stamp duty on the first £500k are quite tempting

I bought a strimmer!! Mainly due to the 3 boxes of grass seed I spread around are now working so it needs tidying.
Tomorrow, I may buy milk.

Hardly, if it were Iccy he'd have bought it, celebrated with a new Omega, and shagged the estate agent by now. He doesn't dick about you know...

Picked up a nail in the rear tyre of the bike,so instead of doing a bit of riding today I got to sit in the car in bloody traffic with the wheel in the boot. Rat's cocks as McSanta is wont to say.
I haven't had a puncture in years and in 270 miles I've pulled out three bits of road debris so far. I hope that's it.

Packed the van with some of spawn senior's stoff and drove from Crawley to Fort William. I'm hoping to get the ferry tomorrow afternoon from Uig, then unload and back down for the next load on Wednesday.

The place I'm staying has bought the minor hits of the '80s collection CD.
Footloose was the last track.

Made the KTM less dirty. I hate cleaning the bloody thing.

Re: What have you done today thread?
Out of the blue stumbled on a pic of my old KTM 950SM! At that stage I loved it and had just fitted those cans on it. Checked out its details on the dvla site and MOT etc and it doesn't look like it's on the road anymore though.
