10ish at Thame services, up towards long crendon and then one of you boys turn on the Sat Nav?
What's the current list of choice he has?
Sounds about right, timewise
I think Kev's choices for this ride will be strictly limited to bikes with heated grips, so that means the Tricycle( if he rides it over tomorrow) , 890R or the Multistrada -the 525EXC has heated grips too but it also has full-on knobblies and a razorblade seat as well so feck that for 100 odd miles on the road
Back is feeling a bit better this morning and may give this a go. It's a pretty shit ride from here, but it's a bike ride and it's fresh air. Weather's looking decent enough. Will be nice to meet up and check the bikes over, even the funny looking one.
Tell you what, i'm glad i never spent £100 on the gloves as it's actually far from terrible today. Assuming it's like this tomorrow then it'll just be the normal gloves and heated grips on medium
I'm afraid I'll be giving this a miss. Collected sick note tonight for another week off, lower back pain. Sitting, as some will know doesn't help and Saturday is normally a work day. Shame, as I really enjoy meeting up with RTTLimiters. Another day, enjoy....don't forget photos.

Raining!!!!! Bloody weather says no rain, not last night, not this morning, not today. However I'm looking at soaked roads currently.
You know what that means of course.
It's just started drizzling in the last few mins over here, nothing too serious yet though

i guess that depends on your perception of serious
It does mean i'll be heading south in the car to view/buy a Qashqai instead though, it's close to Crescent Yamaha so i may drop over there for a wander round on way back too.
Thats a shame, probably means more garage time for me though .
I'll still get out on the 890 today, has been far too long since it's had a good thrashing, and I need to give those new grips a proper test
I headed west, got to Stowmarket and it was raining, so I turned round, now I'm at Felixstowe, where it's dry and the sea is pretty calm, new gloves are very good.
Managed 120 miles and didn’t buy a new bike, MT is a proper fun bike so just had a good ride out. Dry everywhere and didn’t need heated gloves on at all

Just starting to dry here... coming back from Winchester way it was wet a bit further south but drying as i got closer to home, certainly not terrible on the A34, but the back roads were still wet. Sorry man.
