Re: Bathrooms, towels, how often ?
In the wash after 1 use.
Even posh hotels that leave a chocolate on your bed try to encourage you to reuse towels. :o
It’s a bad habit picked up from my ex. She would literally follow me round until I let go of the towel and off it went to be washed!! If I fell asleep in a pair of jeans I ...

Re: Bathrooms, towels, how often ?
In the wash after 1 use. Living alone means I’ve got lots of towels, so never an issue. When I go away I’m normally camping so 1 towel sees me through however long I’m away for.

Re: Can you use an Ipad as a big iPhone?
Fairly certain that it’s possible. My iPad rings when my iPhone rings, I have answered on the iPad in the past but no idea how I set it up in the first place. Ypu still have a keypad and access to contacts on the iPad and she could use it as a speakerphone instead of holding it to her ear.

Yesterday at The Banbury Run. 400 bikes rode the selection of circuits, only one of which included the Rising Sun hill. Great day out.

Rest days for a change!!
Today, shopping,
Saturday, nothing planned,
Sunday, off to the Banbury Run, never been but always fancied it. Might end up with a 1912 Sunbeam from the auto jumble, if such a thing exists!!
Enjoy, fun etc

Clarksons Farm is back. I know he’s not everyone’s cuppa but I love his humour, genuine laughter generated at times, first 4 esipodes out today.

Where are you in the world? Sounds great, we’re sat in the garden near Birmingham airport so just passenger stuff. When I get home tomorrow I’m in the Daventry corridor so lots more normally.v8-powered wrote: Fri May 29, 2026 3:37 pm A Spitfire and a Jet Provost doing aerobatics over our house - great sight and sound![]()

Away in the caravan in the Peak District, our favourite place. It has llamas, turkeys, emu’s, donkeys and highland cows all around us, great!!
Home Saturday as back on duty Sunday on the heat!!
Unlike Tiepin I’m waiting until after 12 for first drink, maybe!
Enjoy whatever you’re up to

First of 3 rest days. Friday is doing stuff around the house before going out with a bunch from work. It’s celebrating a year since we last went out, so few non alcoholic beers and a very nice curry to look forward to.

Early shift Saturday, then 3 nights.
To be honest it’s been a bit hard work the last week. Couple of jobs that stay on the mind so hoping it’s all very slow for the next few days.
Have fun all whatever you’re upto,
Mick

London and 20 mph gave me £100 and 3 points recently. Google earthed the road to find the 20 sign is behind a direction sign in the tiny section I got caught on. Decided to just accept my error.

My everyday wear is a tie dye t shirt, flares and an Afghan coat. Sandals complete the ensemble.
No, really it’s Joe Browns jeans, various T shirts, hoodie or jumper and an Oxford bike jacket with Sketchers trainers or boots, all around a year old.
I spend most of my life in the most unflattering ...
