Re: Sprint 1050 or what?

Welcome back man. GSXR1000K3 with Helibars. An all day comfy bike and goes like stink. I loved mine. https://i.imgur.com/QEeHsNE.jpg Any of the Z1000s from 2003 on can be had for a few bags of sand, great fun bikes with few issues. If it was to be a litre sports bike I think it would have to be a ni...

Re: Sprint 1050 or what?

As my esteemed fiend @KungFooBob has indicated, an Aprilia Falco is a lot of V-twin goodness for stupidly small amounts of money. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l2632&_nkw=aprilia+falco&_sacat=422 You do need to like V-twins though, obvs. Those twin ca...

Re: Sprint 1050 or what?

Sprints are pretty solid bikes, the 1050 engine is a peach (I may be biased as I own a Speed Triple 1050) Other options: VFR800 VTEC seems to work ok on later bikes but servicing is complicated/expensive Firestorm Tuono Fazer 1000 I did think about a viffer but many seem to have sky high mileage or...

Sprint 1050 or what?

Firstly, hello everyone from the old place, it's been a while! I've had a hiatus from bikes in the last few years but I've got the urge again, I'm going to pick one up over winter while they're a bit cheaper. I don't want a super lightweight wrist breaking sports bike but at the same time I d...
