I'd ask on a BMW boxer forum as I don't know if there's anything specific to re commisioning a BMW boxer.
In general, with any bike that's been stood I would get it turning over with the kick start or through the gearbox first.

Re: What have you done today thread?

When I was trucking I'd just fire up the Eberspacher for a few minutes, lovely toasty cab, windscreen defro...

Took me ages to get all the snow off the car, shouldn't have bothered, no fucker else on the commute had, snow falling off cars all over the shop. That sodding annoys me!! Especially the morning after a heavy ...

[ Sun should have reappeared yesterday evening in the NW and should be reasonably bright for the next few days. Staying fairly mild. Would you be kind enough to let me pinch that second photo? Would be perfect for my Science Of Being Seen presentations to show that lights are useful on dull grey da...

Should be interesting to see how the trail bike version compares to the Himalayan,Voge & CRF in both performance & price.
I always liked the look of the DRZ400 SM,I think this new version would look good in classic Suzuki blue & white.

I don't know who was first to use a compressor & I think it's a different use for it but they've been using compressors in Moto GP for years for the pneumatic valves.

I've just watched that Bikeworld video,I'm a subscriber to the channel,it's great to see how much fun you can have for not much outlay at grass roots level,CB500's,Bandit's & MZ's spring to mind. I listen to a lot of bike racing podcasts & a common theme with racers looking back on their car...

Hating Trump didn't make Harris more qualified. She lost because she's a blithering idiot. At least now she has a reason to avoid the media. FFS stop whining you're as bad as the Brexiteers. Haven't you got that arse upwards, as it was the Brexiteers that won, so it was the remain lot that were ble...
