But I've just been influenced into buying some Hears, which are very similar to Loop, but allegedly more comfortable for long rides, many of which I'm about to do.

I've ordered a pair of the Hear plugs, I'll keep you posted.

I had moulded ones which were brilliant - I could never get the squishy ones in equally so never felt balanced!

Then I didn't wear them for a few years and now they don't fit quite right :( :(.

So, at some point (when I'm allowed to ride again, next year :( ) I need to find somewhere here to ...

Eldest lives in that neck of the woods (ha) and a few years ago when I was over,the tree looked well knackered. I was disappointed not to be able to touch it.

Not very impressed so far as if it goes down a small crack its enough to stop it. :roll: I guess its time for a bit of maintenance out there though. Also its not very easy to get it going? Interesting to hear WSBK and Motogp times compared. At the Hungary round Bulega's race time was faster than Bagnaia's time and Pecco finished 3rd.

Little wonder no one can beat Bulega.

Weather looking okay at the moment. Bike washed tonight. Will sort panniers and bags tomorrow for an early start on Saturday. Have kept my smaller screen on, was going to put the bigger screen back on. At least this will be a good test of it.

I use Loop. I dunno if they are a step up,but I started getting ear ache after about 20 miles or so when using the Xmas tree type. Foam plugs will do the job,but they need to be well in to get a seal and quite often pulling my lid on disturbs them,then it's rinse and repeat,which is annoying.
