I see loads of these in our yard, stupid bikes for stupid old men trying to impress stupid old men. A lot of the time driving a VW transporter with flowers on the mirror and wearing an animal t shirt all to impress other middle aged men, stupid

Looks like a nice job of something I have no interest in.

£20k? Jeez!
A new Honda Monkey bike version of the grom is only £3K and they seem to be popular with men of my age..

The seat is particularly small and brown. I'll take it! Here's my card.

You have got the animal t shirt too haven’t you ? , but what is the reason for the flowers, are they an air freshener ? Do they match your boyfriends hair ?

I totally used to have an animal t-shirt, I didn't want it but yo mom insisted
The honest answer is that they're their so us free spirited individuals don't inadvertently wave at electricians as that's fucking embarrassing.

Re: HONDA SUPER CUB: SMC’S ULTRA RAPID ‘SALT SHAKER’
I just prefer the steppy 90s.
When I was a teenager there was a local bike breakers on West Walls owned by Ian Norman (who as a side note was immensely offended when I pointed out that he looked like Fergil Sharky in The Golden Lion pub one night).
A bloke working there (with the nickname of "Wildman Kipper" used to buy and sell some of the bikes that came in there and he always had steppys for sale.
The most I can remember anyone paying was £190 for a fully legal Steppy 50 but it was clean and had everything it should. The prices went down from that depending on roadworthyness and legality so a "Field Bike" could be as low as thirty quid. Don't expect lights or a numberplate on em for that though.
I never heard of anyone being done for recieving stolen bikes when the police caught the local teenagers with em though so I guess Kipper had some standards back then.
Years later I heard Wildman Kipper was selling smack from a house on Warwick Rd, I dunno if he's even alive nowadays.
Those £30-£190 quid Steppys must be worth a bit nowadays but 30 years worth of dry barn space doesn't always come cheap either.

I really don't see the fascination with old bikes, I took my test on a c90* I borrowed off a mate so you'd think I'd go all dewy eyed over such a thing but no, theyre just press steel mass produced crap that often refused to die.
* I don't think I would have been allowed to take the test let alone pass if I'd turned up on the xt250

I was tempted to buy a similar one early in the year. For 'gaying it up round town'.
