Bit of corrosion here and there but I did cover it in AC50 a year ago

It's been stored in the garage for a while (2012), fitted a new battery and now turns-over but I've not got enough time to get it running, might be a nice little project bike for someone who's got spanner skills.

I'd love a project like but it's too soon for me, I don't have enough spare time yet.

I think we should all club together and buy it for Weeksy, just to see how to polish a turd!

Buy it!
- it will be great fun and eligible for the old-man/slow bike (non) race series, along with the RC390, Royal Enfield, Crusty Monster etc

That depends what his number is. I ain't riding it!

Make me an offer fella, looking online people are asking £1000 for OK runners, this is a bit rough, not a runner, has a good set of tyres and new battery so something less than that.
It's my wife's old bike (before the ZXR6) so I'll need to run any offer past her first...

I can't physically ride it! I have to bend my knee too much compared to my MT09.

I think my number and yours are unlikely to meet, but I'll go £450twids wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 8:23 pm Make me an offer fella, looking online people are asking £1000 for OK runners, this is a bit rough, not a runner, has a good set of tyres and new battery so something less than that.

I'd love to see Mr Shiny take on a slightly unloved bike as a project and document it on here. I'll donate £25... but he has to do at least one track day session on it

I've done a couple. GPX750r and 600 srad were the 2 that come to mind. The gpx worked out ok in the end but was a horrible thing to ride, I think I clearly £300 profit on it. The srad made me about the same but the wife hated it so it went after 1 ride.KungFooBob wrote: ↑Sat Feb 06, 2021 8:32 pm I'd love to see Mr Shiny take on a slightly unloved bike as a project and document it on here. As always, it is a question of how far we go in with things
