Love them lots and lots. I think the SP with the right exhaust is one of the best looking bikes out there

I kinda like them too, which means something because I detest the looks of big trail bikes like the GS range,I could never own one of those.

To be fair to it, I've sat on one and the riding position feels right for a Supermoto, but the styling is very "meh" for me, the single sided swing arm is, from an engineering point of view, worse than a conventional swing arm, the alloy wheels are unsuitable for off road use, the rear mudguard is too short to do anything.

It's a shame because they do feel right, and it's the only big supermoto that does, but you couldn't use it on dirty roads because the dirt would destroy it.

I don't think in any way that was in their briefing when creating it.

A pal here bought one early this year. Was a pile of shite. Kept breaking down. Took a big hit and bought a MT10. He says it's far better.

I suspect the design brief was "create a bike that feels like a supermoto using as many components we use already as possible, then style the crap out of it so the fashion conscious will buy it"

I'd love to have a go on one, to see if they ride like they feel to sit on, I also think the smaller engined Hypermotard would be better than the big engined one.

But I don't see the point of a dirt bike you can't get dirty.

The fact it comes with Supercorsas tells you it all.

Just had a look at Ducatis website, they only sell a 950 now, and the standard red one looks better than the one you posted a picture of

In fact where did you find that horrible picture, the 2021 model looks nice, just not sure if I want to spend £11K on a bike, I daren't test ride one because I'll buy one if I do.

If you mean the one you posted a picture of you need to book an appointment at SpecSavers, it's goping, but the new one looks very nice.

I'm with Weeksy on this, I think they're lovely, and they are one of few current bikes that I want

Harry- defo have a sit on one, they have quite a high seat height- just saying! ;)

A good point from Tricky, but I think Harry will be okay, he's about the same height as me and I can reach the ground on one.

But I can't ride like Ruben Xaus

You're not the only one. There was somebody on TRC (cant remember the user name) who hankered after one for ages and came across to my local Ducati place and took one for a test ride expecting to buy it but couldnt get on with the riding position.

Its one of the few bikes in the range i havent actually tried yet. Might have to blag a ride on one to see what you mean
