The stock cover gasket on the Katana is made of paper.
It shrinks a lot when heated.
One option is to apply liquid gasket sealant in advance to areas prone to shifting,
but doing that makes it a real hassle to remove the cover next time (lol).
In fact, applying liquid gasket sealant near the cam chain tunnel
is a very effective way to prevent leaks,
and it’s a spot where the manual often specifies applying it.
Now, for the most effective solution:
reusing the gaskets from the domestic-spec 1100 Katana SR and SY models.
These have been changed to a metal material, and while they’re a bit pricier,
they eliminate any shifting or blow-by and provide excellent sealing, so I highly recommend them.
In response to requests for reproductions, a manufacturer that produces high-quality aftermarket parts has created a metal-coated head gasket.
Although they cannot be used on some models, this should be a lifesaver for many users.

Have you checked how many members of this forum own a Katana?
Posting your, often technobabble, content is really a waste of time if the answer is zero.
