An ad for this popped up on my Friendface, looks like fun and I don't think £220 is too bad for a day out with the bike included.
Anyone done it?
Might ask my mate CSP if he fancies a go at Leicester.

Re: Slide School
Lots of tried the speedway malarkey about 15 years ago. @Couchy was there and WiseBuddah and a few more from VD
I fell off the most
I can't slide a bike on track, but when the rear tyre is shot on the GasGas I have some fun hanging the back end out. Sometimes under control

Re: Slide School
Sounds fun. Not being able to bounce as well as my younger version would cause consideration, but if it was near me I might give it a go!
I used to wear out my pedally bike tyres doing skids many, many years ago.

Re: Slide School
I had the back end hanging out on a DR200 on a tarmac road in Crete, you don't need lots of power when you have a crap rear tyre.

The old Huski 610 TE rear wheel steered on the road on Michelin 'not for road use' tyres, Fun.

Re: Slide School
My mate Steve and I are booked in for the 5th June at Leicester!
We raced against each other in Desmo Due and I was his sidecar passenger in BEARS, it's not going to get competitive in the slightest.
