I watched that and got very excited

But the garage was very subdued when he got there. Thought they'd have been a bit excited.

Life in the old/young dog yet. 8-)

The Moto3 FP1 looked horrendous. Zero grip.

I caught FP2,
McPhee went well in Moto3, Jake Dixon almost topped Moto2 with Lowes strong as well. Miller bossed MotoGP. all much quicker than this morning on drying track.
Forecast for saturday is dry but only 15c.

FP3 will be interesting!

I heard they got 4k for Fabio's tear off. Apparently JM donated it for charity auction!

Dixon is making his mark nicely in FP2. Lowes not too far behind either.

Miller is the mixed weather genius and it will be an interesting race if the weather follows this pattern.

Qualification for all 3 classes was really entertaining. Seems the track temperature isn't quite high enough to get tyres working in the first lap or 2. Almost 70 crashes over ther weekend so far

MotoE is just starting so I'm now switching off...

Rare front row in Moto2. All English speaking :)

And CC was only 0.012 from getting a Brit on all 3 front rows :)

One of those hysterical commentators make it hard to bear. I watch it with the sound either off,or really low.

No , you should have watched it. It reminded me of folks saying that the Grand National is dangerous.
Dragging a dead bike up into a Horse Box. I wonder if it was carted off to the Abattoir ?

Indeed, am gutted for him.
Huge amount to take from both this performance and the last couple though, and Moto2 is a lot more interesting for me 9and I suspect a fair few other Brits) this season as a result

For some reason Sky didn't record moto3 or GP  so just watched the GP on highlights from this morning. What a turn up that was. Championship still so wide open.

Poor old Jake. I thought he had that one in the bag. Nevertheless,he's showing form and that podium/win is coming.

Great to see Sam's smiling face on the top step.

In Motogp I don't think anyone wants to win the title this year at all!

Gutted for Jake. Those tears and him saying "I'm so sorry" to the team really showed how passionate he is. I didn't care what order they finished in as long as they finished!

Gutted for John - punted out. But that's Moto3 for you.

Yep, one week a punter, the next week a puntee! Gutted for Jake too. He's such good value on the bike and off it. Personalities are few and far between but he's a proper character.
