Information : New Users. Possible restrictions on first 2 posts.

Afternoon all.

This is more for new users rather than the established userbase. I've modified some of the permissions to restrict users who have not posted 3 times yet to be in the category of 'new users' which means your posts are liable for moderation. This means your posts may not show straight away.

The reasons for this and a few other changes i've made is to keep the Spambots in check and stop them from being able to fill the forum with rubbish.
We've not been struck by this yet, but we're a new forum and i doubt it will be long before the rubbish begins.
