Author! Author!

No, not the 1982 Al Pacino film or the 166th episode of Star Trek: Voyager (19th episode Series 7  )But one of our very own merry band has been locked in the garden shed for a while working on his magnum opus. :D

It's got dope, lager, chicken bhuna, bent coppers and not bent (in that way anyway, just twisted a bit doing the downward dog maybe) yoga instructors in it and a new breed of h/zero for these modern times -'Waffle Jones'. Available (for Kindle) to preorder on Amazon for the princely sum of....ah, just click the link.

Get 'Get Waffle Jones' - https://amzn.to/3EhTxOh.

Soapy tenner for the first person to work out which of the RTTL talent pool the author is. The name on the book may (or may not) be a pseudonym. (It's not me and they aren't related to me (I have read it though) so that's reduced the playing field hoogely :D ).

Well, my copies ordered.

(And I've already read it, so it must be good :D ).

Now just have to wait for our other author (who planted a teaser a while ago about a book in progress - but refused to be drawn on what it was about :( ).

Quite a cool concept to buy and read a book by someone you know, albeit without knowing who :)

Pre-ordered 👍

I've not read a book about horses since I was a kid, so I'll skip the earlier ones, but I'm always up for a good fiction read.

Cool cover too mista 😎

Err....nope, not in this case.

(I must have missed Banana's quest for literary stardom - what was it about? I'd guess the same thing most if his posts were about :D ).

Bananman had a self-published book ISTR, he might have had a someone-else-published book too, I dunno.

The one I remember was something along the lines of Dialectic Memoirs. Pretty sure it had the word Dialectic in the title and had a philosophical theme to it.

So he did, just found them on Amazon along with his bio. May have an investigate.

There's a 90º bend near here that I always think of as 'Banaboy (as he was to begin with) Corner' as I regularly go round it.

On a ride-out he didn't read it very well ie didn't slow down enough - and went straight on. :o No real drama apart from the struggle to turn the bike round on the narrow lane he found himself on - the bike was a bit tall and there was a fair bit of tip-toe action.
