It has it's moments, but overall average at best.
I've decided that Aubrey Plaza is the future Mrs KFB. I just need to get rid of the current one and become very attractive to women.
Box Sets, Mini series, films, etc.

Re: Box Sets, Mini series, films, etc.
Turn the shit off then.
I don't watch any of the series anymore on Netflix or Amazon as they are either too random or just take so long to actually do anything. You might as well just watch the last 15 mins of each episode, i don't think you will miss much of most of the series on those channels tbh if you do so.
I was sorely disappointed by the Rings of Power series tbh, was really looking forward to it but tbh, it was a bit crap, hopefully series 2 will be better next year.

Started on Designated Survivor, as it's been recommended.
Why is it that every time I look at Keifer Sutherland in it I find myself thinking of Sean Lock?

Le Man's '66.
What a great film, made even better by Bale's brummie accent.

Don't bother with the Flash, much as I tried to like it, it was rubbish.
Just finished "the Last of Us" which was very good.
We've just started Good Omens 2 on Amazon which is enjoyable.

Bit behind the curve here. Just got round to watching Wolf Hall.
(Thought it was quite good but not sure about how it dealt with Thomas More. Always thought he was hard done by but hey ho, whaddya know if you weren't there?).

2 things this evening;
Our Guy in Columbia, he's an excitable little fella, but it's good telly
The 100, I don't know why I always watch this, even as someone who held a season ticket for Grace Road a time or 2 cricket is dog slow and boring, but this format is new, fresh, down with the kids and done in a day with clear winners and losers it might help the sponsors are all crips brands

I've got it on Blu-ray. It starts well, but the last third is just very very boring. I actually prefer the Lynch Dune, so far. Waiting for Part 2 to change my mind.MingtheMerciless wrote: ↑Tue Aug 01, 2023 10:14 pm Dune

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 has hit Disney+
It's on par with Vol2, Knowhere near as good as the first one.

Rather good I thought but needz moah wormz
Definitely had a Villeneuve look and feel to it.
Preferred it to the Lynch version (couldn't get past them casting String in that one tbh).
