I think it was supposed to be for 'sprint' but in this case could be 'scruffy'

4 turns off preload and damping wound up to 3/4 (combined compression and rebound on the shock) has sorted the handling, engine keeps feeling better each fresh tank of fresh fuel that goes through it too.

Need a new neutral switch, removing the washer didn't work, plunger looks very worn.

A mate recommended this to me, and it really works. I added some to the tank of my VFR which was running really lumpy and only on 3 cylinders after a winter layup, and I could hear the difference as the additive did its stuff. After 10 minutes it was running sweetly on all 4 and idling perfectly.

How do I wire in the single head lamp having removed the fairing and twin setup, thanks, D

You will only need one of the headlight parts of the harness. I did mine quite a while ago and didn't take pictures I'm afraid. It took a bit of trial and error but it wasn't too tricky. I just used in line bullet connectors between the loom and the wiring that came with my headlight after cutting off the original triumph connections.

Bundling up all of the extra wiring took longer, some of it will go under the plastic guards at the front of the tank. If you loosen off the radiator top mount bolts you can pull the loom back through there.

The t300 group on Facebook has many more knowledgeable folk on there who helped me out along the same journey you're on.

The rad bolts are long enough to mount the horns with too.
