My missus. For months she's been having pain in her hips/leg which sounds very much like sciatica to me. She went through my work AXA Health policy, had some scans, booked some physio and, 10 sessions later was told she was all done. Fast forward a few weeks and she's now at the point where she can't get up without wincing, can't bend down to tie her shoelaces, etc. I've been going on about ringing them back to get something else sorted as clearly it ain't right for weeks now, but has she rung...?
FFS, what's the point of having it if you ain't gonna use it?

Made the mistake of ordering tickets for an Easy Life gig for last March on my bank card, not credit card. According to them, the concert isn't cancelled, just postponed, so no refund. Cnuts.

Out here they do whipped cream in some kind of pressurised container - add runny cream to the container then you do have to shake it a bit, but then you get 'chantilly' cream on the hot choc/gauffres/crepes/whatever!!!
It's damn fine!! Guessing the container is expensive but damn it'd be worth it!

When your kid's laptop breaks in the middle of home schooling and almost every reasonable budget laptop has sold out. In the end I found a little gem on John Lewis but only after finding out PC World has seemingly run out of all laptops in my budget.

When trying to purchase 3 camcorders to use for Church Live Stream services and nothing in the reasonable price range is available or in stock. Found what I required that was suitable and affordable, with a .co.uk address to find they are coming via UPS from Netherlands. If I get stung with VAT/Customs TAX, they go straight back!

As well as having a bathroom suite delivered just before Christmas that can't be fitted because of lockdown the toilet flush has now broken.
So I've got a new bog waiting to go in but still need to fix the old one that will be chucked in a month.

Used it today to send a parcel I've had for a while. I've been reluctant to go to the post office due to avoiding people and it not being open at the weekends or lunchtime.

I’ve got two cheques to pay in to my bank account but every time I got to the bank, the queue goes down the street. I know I can pay them in over a post office counter but the same problem applies with the added complexity of not know where my paying in book or cheque book are.
Why do people even use cheques these days?

I bank with First Direct, I can pay a cheque into my account using the online banking app on my phone. Maybe your bank has something similar?

I bank with First Direct, I can pay a cheque into my account using the online banking app on my phone. Maybe your bank has something similar?
HSBC has this option - when it works it's useful.

Sadly not with Shatwest, in branch or over post office counter (with paying in slip).
Natwest don’t allow the use of many third party payment apps (eg Samsung pay, garmin etc) and only allow Google / Apple, so there is little hope of innovation in depositing cheques, which in fairness help keep branches open.
