I think it's a bit rude, no, more than a bit rude to put me into the flat earth camp.
What is wrong with the flat earth camp? The earth IS flat innit.

No. The flat earth theory is clearly wrong, you can't have a hollow earth if it's flat, can you? Stands to reason. https://www.hollowearthresearch.org/

If we were outside the universe looking in, all we would see is the holographic interference pattern of quantum fields we perceive as reality.

Our entire existence would be a projection from that surface we experience "within" the singularity.

The earth is neither flat, nor round or even hollow, like everything else it is merely a point.

But a projection onto a plane, the visual plane of the observer. That plane is flat, therefore the earth is flat. QED

Those guys will have no problems 'proving' a hollow flat earth.

All of the information contained within this universe is encoded into a hologram which (seen from outside) would form an interference pattern on the (spherical) surface of the event horizon. As seen from here (inside the singularity) our perceived "reality" is the projection from that surface into what we experience as four dimensional spacetime.

"Quantum", "singularity", That's sounds like science.

Are you suggesting the holographic theory is bogus? Perhaps you are more a fan of the multiverse model? Y'know, infinite number of universes where everything that can possibly happen, does happen (somewhere undetectable). That imho is closer to pseudo science because it is untestable by definition. The holographic principle explains if not actually predicts quantum tunnelling/entanglement. In laymans (Screwdriver) terms, there's your "spooky action at a distance" because within a singularity, there is no distance.

Perhaps on the other hand it's a dig at Screwdriver pretending to know something he doesn't? You'd be quite right. I don't "know" this, it is merely my translation of an opinion I have formed and I am just making a topological joke at the expense of flat, hollow or round....

Twitter accounts belonging to several prominent journalists covering the company's owner, Elon Musk, have had their accounts abruptly suspended.

Reporters for The New York Times, CNN and Washington Post are among those who found themselves locked out of their accounts on Thursday evening.

A Twitter spokeswoman told tech website The Verge that the ban was related to the live sharing of location data.

Usually I'd have some pity for someone subject to a witch-hunt by journalists but given Musk's tactic of calling people paedos to silence them he can go swivel.

Worthing noting that he was cleared when the cave guy sued him. Although the judge did say that they didn't put forward a good case with their evidence.

And for here, adopting JDart might just help avoid the ban hammer ;)

It is called "doxing". A technique used by activists <insert agenda here> to silence or censor critics of a contentious narrative by revealing to the world their location. How does that work? Well, obviously if there is a contentious topic, there are enough nutcases in this world who prefer to express their anger physically, hence physical real world location.

There are plenty of examples of BLM, Antifa, Pro life etc. who not only act out their frustration at the behest of the mainstream media but incredibly, appear to be above the law when it comes to being either punished or vilified for their "mostly peaceful protests".

Is there some other reason why anyone would maintain a live update revealing the location of a parents child?

Are you referring to Yoel Roth as part of that "tactic"? I thought we had covered that media sponsored lie here viewtopic.php?p=207480#p207480.

Elon did not call anyone out, that particular gay activist was caught out when his documents were found among the Twitter files, outing himself by suggesting rather than restrict or ban access to minors from sexualised content, they should be captured by sending them over to Grindr. Not exactly the sort of person you want responsible for managing the safety of children.

Then again, Yoel is "an expert", he has a PhD in this topic area. His thesis specifically encourages and promotes the sexualisation of minors and extols the benefits child pornography. What do you suppose might happen if someone were to dox him? (He's not waiting to find out and has gone into hiding).

As I understood it all the guy was tweeting was the live location of Musks private jet. Which anyone can find using Flight Radar anyway.

That particular document is freely available on his own website
Have you actually read it? He states that it is firstly the responsibility of parents to monitor which sites their children are using, and secondly the responsibility of sites like Grindr. He also points out that both are failing, because minors are using sites like Grindr. He states that years ago, there were sites where it was safe for gay teens to socialize with each other online, but it has now become something of a free-for-all. He states the Grindr may be 'too lewd or too hook-up-oriented to be a safe and age-appropriate resource for teenagers' and instead of 'trying to absolve themselves of legal responsibility', they should introduce safety strategies which could possibly include 'safely connecting queer young adults'.
He wants the service providers to come up with safe ways for gay teens to interact with each other without falling victim to abuse from adults. You appear to disagree, while suggesting he's a paedo :wtf:
BTW, 'queer young adults' doesn't = 'children'.

No, I have no intention of reading it either.

We are both equally guilty of using selected quotes. I choose those which reveal this adult gay activist to be actively seeking to encourage minors, children, under 18's and so called, undefined and ambiguous "young adults" into Grindr.

Grindr is also something I only have vague knowledge of, enough to realise it is not a place for youngsters of any euphemism. How that places them into the hands of those adults who frequent Grindr with anything approaching "safety" you will have to explain. Seems well dodgy to me.

I do not call him anything since I only know what he has carefully worded but if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck...

What does his PhD say about being more relaxed on the issue of child pornography? Genuine question.
