It looks like the airbox is the frame. Is there an air filter, how do you change it?

Is it behind the circular silver panels, they look too small?
I used to really really like the Ghezzi Brian stuff - but that has sort of cured me. The wheels are terrrible , the flow line through bike ar all wring and make it look like it has collapsed in places.
