My 600 Pantah. Sold it 25 years ago. Bought it back last year. It's now in the workshop being rebuilt :)

This beastie still has a special place in my heart, sadly broken for bits as it was worth considerably more than the whole!

For me there's two.

A KTM525 SM with sorted suspension, full akra and slipper clutch.

Got rid of it in favour of a SXV550 which despite spending ££££ on, still wasn't as good as the KTM and needed further £££ to make it so !

990 Superduke Battle. My only ever brand new bike. I did a shitload of trackdays on it one summer and had a blast. The downside was that after too many trackdays too close together, I no longer liked riding it on the road!.

I dragged it round europe in my camper a few times but in reality barely made 1000 miles a year.
2 years ago I swapped it with my mate for KTM250 XC which I converted to supermoto and then didn't like :(
Literally 2 hours ago, the same mate agreed £3k to buy his XC back. He point blank refuses to sell the superduke. I stitched myself up really, the SD is still worth the £4k it was worth when we swapped but the XC's price has dropped significantly :( . I'm not complaining though, he's paying over book for the XC kinda out of goodwill, kinda because he bought it new and won an enduro championship on it.

Bikes... Maybe not.

I do wish I'd kept my original Okada Arai. I did have a silly number of lids back in the day though.

Always regret selling my 03 660 SMC with updated cam and full Akra sorted by Swampy when I mistakenly emigrated to Oz a few years ago.
One of the most fun bikes Ive ever owned despite the 55 tank range!

There's a long list of bikes I've owned that are now considered classics, but I always needed to sell a bike to get another bike,so keeping them wasn't an option.
I have twinges of regret sometimes regarding my 74 BMW R90S and my 04 Kawasaki ZX10R,but the above rule applied to the 90S and I needed to get away from what I was getting up to on the 10R. If I had a big garage,I would be tempted to buy them back, but I don't,so I won't. Fond memories of both bikes.

A Dyson kitted KH250 with mag wheels, spannies etc. or my RD250E.
To be fair I haven't sold many.

GSXR 750 Srad and the Rd 350 ypvs. Not had the option of squirreling bikes away at the time. Sold both very cheaply at the time. Sometimes the trx 850 too but it wasn't quite as special as the other 2.

The gpz600r and the funduro I'd pay not to have back...

My RC8, RC8R, Aprilia RS250 and Cagiva Mito 125. Had to sell them all as I was moving to Spain.

Getting each matriculated once I had transported them here would have been difficult and expensive.

If I had stayed in the UK, these are the four bikes (out of the eleven I owned at that time) I would have kept until I was carried away in a wooden box.
