Click the link, pay the money and Alan should have your name and email already from Weeksys master list.

The link is a generic RTTL one and doesnt specify group etc as the normal ones do ....... hence why Alan has a list of emails and names already from Weeksy

He just wanted the info to confirm I'd given him all the right details.

All the stuff comes via mail now

As mentioned but to confirm you lot just use the specific link - Weeksy's already sent me a spreadsheet with your groups. The link takes care of your payments and proper names / e mail addresses etc and more importantly generates a unique booking reference no - beginning PBTD*******. I will mail you individually the Signing On links - 5 days before the event and you'll need the PBTD no when filling the forms out. Once you've completed the forms and pressed submit you get a receipt and I get notification.

The info is then checked ( next of kIn etc ) and signed off on my manual booking sheets.

When u arrive at the circuit you produce your licence and collect your wristband and specific bike no and again that's on the sheets. in theory if u have a incident within 30 seconds I know exactly who's involved.

Piece of p*ss really... only 216 x reference checks every 3 day event.....

Mind u it doesn't help that people were still signing on @ 8.00am this morning and got a bit confused where it says ''Riders Name'' and they put in the ''next of kin's'' name.

All fun really...

I'm really really looking forward to it.

I do have a question though regarding the Fri night as to table at the hotel.

We're down late on Thurs, but i assume even if we're camping we'll still be doing the Thurs and Fri night at the hotel and then just camping on the Saturday.

Assuming everyone else is thinking the same, how many are having food and want in for the table.

Up to now we've got me and Welsh Muffin (maybe the crazy small lad) , @Alan PBTD and Helen, then... well.... it's up to you.

I'm assuming tables of 6 at the Beefeater, so we'll need to get say 2 tables of 6 booked which should cover us.... Although that depends how many of the possee from Wiltshire are doing it as i think there's 6 of them on their own.

So, if you want some Friday food at the hotel, do let me know here.

I've not given any thought to the Saturday night yet regarding food, be it BBQ, a delivery to the circuit or all going out en-masse for a curry/fish&chips etc... until the Welsh Gov and Pembrey themselves give us more to go on, it's so up in the air that i've not considered it.

The good news though is that Silverstone have agreed the boy can go to track again, so we're there on the 27th July and also the 19th Aug, so he'll be able to come and play for both. That really does make things massively easier for us as a family, although his mates parents have been superb in looking after him.

I could arguably do with spending a few evenings sitting crouched in my new leathers, they fit lovely when standing up, but when on a bike, they're a bit in need of some stretching ! But the XSR900 is good to go, the ZX6R is good to go (Although it may get a new front tyre fitted before the Sat), so we're all golden.

I'm in for food at the table on Friday same as last year. As i have hotel booked for Saturday as well count me in for food then too if it happens. If we end up camping then i'll go with the flow.

As for the bike i was trying to get the full desmo service done prior to the trip but thanks to lockdown the earliest i can get in is Sept ffs without paying full dealer rip off prices so it will go as is but keeping the mileage and use down at the moment as its still under the magic number. The belts have the same part number as the post 2015 models and their service interval is 18000 instead of the 15000 for the pre 2015 bikes so not that concerned

We'll be heading straight there from Pembrey so should be in by 6 or so.

I'll be happy at prem fri and sat, bollox to the tent. Food, booze I'm in.

Thats round about my normal arrival time (ish) so sounds like a plan to me ....... always good to plan ahead lol
