Mother in Georgia was arrested & charged with Child Endangerment after she let her 10yo kid walk to the shop a mile away... At that age it wasn't unheard of for me to cycle up to 4 or 5 miles away.
From the video it looks like they live out in the sticks, not in a city.

I did
All of the flooding in the photo's I've posted isn't from the river Teme, but ground water and the local Kyre brook, which for most of the year is a trickle, but this time it's brought down one of it's retaining walls

A colleague has just shown me the Bloomberg page which tracks Arabica bean futures. In the past month the price has gone from c. $300 to nigh-on $400, triggered by the crop failing in Brazil and Vietnam.
Now is the time to sensibly panic-buy coffee!!!
I fear for a tea-only future.
