I do wonder at this sort of stuff. Whilst it's one thing to say "I'm the fastest person on that route", is she ever likely to go back and take time to stop and smell the flowers?

Mother in Georgia was arrested & charged with Child Endangerment after she let her 10yo kid walk to the shop a mile away... At that age it wasn't unheard of for me to cycle up to 4 or 5 miles away.
From the video it looks like they live out in the sticks, not in a city.

All of the flooding in the photo's I've posted isn't from the river Teme, but ground water and the local Kyre brook, which for most of the year is a trickle, but this time it's brought down one of it's retaining walls

Now is the time to sensibly panic-buy coffee!!!

I've never looked at furures before, Coffee is only up 70%, Cocoa has risen 110%

It's not all bad news, providing you like your coffee with soya milk. And the expected drop in the price of tofu will be welcomed by vegans everywhere.
